Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed bananas
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons syrup
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Method
- 1 Combine crushed bananas, milk, flour, syrup, shortening, egg, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
- 2 Heat a well-greased frying pan over high heat until smoking hot. Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until done.
