Banana Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ripe bananas
- 2 cups margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon raisins
- vanilla extract
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Melt margarine in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 3 Combine bananas, melted margarine, oats, milk, raisins, and vanilla in a bowl; mix well.
- 4 Let mixture stand for 5 minutes until oats are wet.
- 5 Grease a cookie sheet lightly.
- 6 Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the sheet.
- 7 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 8 Cool on sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
