Banana Oat Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed banana (use overripe)
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
- spices to taste (optional)
Method
- 1 Mash bananas and mix with yogurt and water.
- 2 Stir in quick oats until well combined.
- 3 Fold in optional add-ins like raisins, seeds, and spices.
- 4 Grease a baking sheet and spoon tablespoon-sized mounds onto it.
- 5 Flatten each mound into a thin disk.
- 6 Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, flip, then bake 15 minutes more.
