Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed banana (use overripe)
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
  • spices to taste (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Mash bananas and mix with yogurt and water.
  2. 2 Stir in quick oats until well combined.
  3. 3 Fold in optional add-ins like raisins, seeds, and spices.
  4. 4 Grease a baking sheet and spoon tablespoon-sized mounds onto it.
  5. 5 Flatten each mound into a thin disk.
  6. 6 Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, flip, then bake 15 minutes more.
