Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 bananas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-3 tablespoons 1% milk chocolate syrup (optional)
Method
- 1 Peel and slice ripe bananas into medium rounds. Place on a plastic wrap-covered baking sheet and freeze overnight.
- 2 Place frozen bananas in a food processor or blender with a small splash of milk (no more than 1/4 cup total).
- 3 Pulse until bananas break up into tiny balls. Scrape down sides with a spoon or spatula.
- 4 Process until smooth and creamy, which may take a few minutes. The texture should resemble soft serve ice cream.
- 5 Serve in cones or bowls, optionally drizzling with chocolate syrup.
