Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 large well-ripened banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups baking powder

Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Peel and mash the banana in a mixing bowl with a fork.
- 3 Add eggs, oil, milk, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder; mix well.
- 4 Slowly stir in flour and mix for 20 seconds until moistened.
- 5 Grease or line a bread pan.
- 6 Pour batter into pan and bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 7 Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
