Baked Yorkshire Puddings With Drippings
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pint milk
- 2/3 cup flour
- 3 egg whites
- Drippings for basting
Method
- 1 Beat egg yolks until light and thick.
- 2 Mix in salt and milk.
- 3 Slowly add milk mixture to flour, stirring until smooth.
- 4 Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- 5 Pour into hot, well-greased gem pans.
- 6 Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes, basting with drippings.
