Baked Yogurt Crusted Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken pieces, skin removed
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
- Bread crumbs or crushed cereal
- Non-stick cooking spray
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 325°F.
- 2 Coat chicken pieces in yogurt, then roll in bread crumbs or crushed cereal.
- 3 Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray and place chicken on them.
- 4 Bake for 1 hour, turning pieces after 30 minutes or when browned.
- 5 Serve immediately or refrigerate leftovers.
