Baked Yogurt Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken pieces, skin removed
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
  • Bread crumbs or crushed cereal
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. 2 Coat chicken pieces in yogurt, then roll in bread crumbs or crushed cereal.
  3. 3 Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray and place chicken on them.
  4. 4 Bake for 1 hour, turning pieces after 30 minutes or when browned.
  5. 5 Serve immediately or refrigerate leftovers.
