Baked Whole Grain Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 pint milk
- 2 tablespoons rice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method
- 1 Wash the rice and place it in a pie dish with the sugar.
- 2 Pour the milk over the rice and let it soak for one hour.
- 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for one hour or more until the rice is quite cooked.
