Baked Whitefish With Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- 1 large whitefish, cleaned and split with bones removed
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Lemon juice
- Breadcrumbs
- Butter
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a baking pan.
- 2 Place the fish skin-side down in the prepared pan.
- 3 Season with salt, cayenne, and lemon juice.
- 4 Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the fish and dot with butter.
- 5 Bake until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
