Baked Wheatmeal Cinnamon Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Allinson fine wheatmeal
- 1 pint milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs well in a large bowl.
- 2 Mix in the wheatmeal, milk, sugar, and cinnamon until thoroughly combined.
- 3 Pour into a baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes.
