  • 2 oz fine wheatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sultanas, washed and picked
  • 1/2 oz butter
  • grated lemon peel
  • sugar to taste

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg and mix with wheatmeal, milk, butter, lemon peel, sugar, and sultanas until well combined.
  2. 2 Butter a small pie dish and pour in the mixture.
  3. 3 Bake for about 30 minutes.
