Baked Wheatmeal And Sultana Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 oz fine wheatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sultanas, washed and picked
- 1/2 oz butter
- grated lemon peel
- sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Beat the egg and mix with wheatmeal, milk, butter, lemon peel, sugar, and sultanas until well combined.
- 2 Butter a small pie dish and pour in the mixture.
- 3 Bake for about 30 minutes.
