Baked Walnut Meringue Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb sugar
• 6 egg whites
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups walnuts, chopped

Method

1. 1 Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.
2. 2 Mix flour and sugar, then fold into the stiffly beaten egg whites.
3. 3 Add walnuts and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) at 375 degrees.
