Baked Walnut Meringue Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 lb sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups walnuts, chopped
Method
- 1 Beat egg whites until stiff and dry.
- 2 Mix flour and sugar, then fold into the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- 3 Add walnuts and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) at 375 degrees.
