Method

  1. 1 Boil cauliflower, carrots, spinach, and celery (all cut up) in water until tender.
  2. 2 Layer the boiled vegetables in a buttered china mold, adding cream, pepper, and grated Parmesan and Cheddar cheese between each layer.
  3. 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 30 minutes to cook through without sticking.
  4. 4 Turn out onto a serving plate and serve immediately.
