  • 3 pounds veal, chopped fine
  • 1/2 pound salt pork or fresh pork
  • 1 cup powdered crackers
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons sage
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method

  2. 2 Combine chopped veal, pork, powdered crackers, water, eggs, salt, sage, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
