Baked Vanilla Custard Cups

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 6 ounces sugar
  • 1 quart milk
  • Flavoring extract
  • Unsalted butter for greasing

Method

  1. 1 Grease cups or molds with unsalted butter.
  2. 2 Whisk eggs, sugar, milk, and flavoring extract together until combined.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into the prepared cups.
  4. 4 Place cups in a pan filled with one inch of water.
  5. 5 Bake in a good oven until set.
