Baked Vanilla Custard Cups
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 6 ounces sugar
- 1 quart milk
- Flavoring extract
- Unsalted butter for greasing
Method
- 1 Grease cups or molds with unsalted butter.
- 2 Whisk eggs, sugar, milk, and flavoring extract together until combined.
- 3 Pour the mixture into the prepared cups.
- 4 Place cups in a pan filled with one inch of water.
- 5 Bake in a good oven until set.
