Baked Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- medium-sized potatoes
- butter
- milk
- salt
- pepper
- melted butter
Method
- 1 Bake medium-sized potatoes until fully cooked.
- 2 Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the inside, being careful not to break the skins.
- 3 Mash the potato flesh smooth with butter and a little milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 Heat the potato mixture thoroughly, then fill the skins.
- 5 Brush the tops with melted butter and brown in the oven before serving.
