Baked Trout With Cheese And Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- several trout
- 1/4 cup butter
- strong spices
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- grated cheese
- fine breadcrumbs
Method
- 1 Place trout in a pan with butter and spices. Heat slowly in an open oven until butter melts.
- 2 Drop beaten egg yolks onto the trout.
- 3 Grate cheese over the trout and cover with breadcrumbs.
- 4 Brown lightly in a hot oven (425°F) and serve.
