Baked Tortilla Tostadas With Beans
Ingredients
- 2 cups corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups fat-free refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped green onions (optional)
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
- 2 Wash, shred the lettuce, and dice the tomatoes.
- 3 Spread two large tablespoons of refried beans onto each crispy tortilla.
- 4 Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Add green onions if desired and serve immediately.
