Baked Tomato And Spanish Pepper Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 small can Spanish peppers, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Buttered breadcrumbs for topping
Method
- 1 Finely chop the onions and fry them in butter until softened.
- 2 Add the can of tomatoes and the finely chopped Spanish peppers to the pan. Cook for five minutes.
- 3 Season with salt, then pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- 4 Cover the top with buttered breadcrumbs and bake for 45 minutes.
