  • 1 oz butter
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1 Mix butter into mashed potatoes and season with pepper and salt.
  2. 2 Butter 8 patty pans and line them with a thick layer of the potato mixture.
