Baked Taco Seasoned Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- corn meal
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and scrub potatoes, then cut into wedges.
- 2 Place potatoes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil until well coated.
- 3 Sprinkle taco seasoning and corn meal over potatoes, tossing until evenly coated.
- 4 Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
