Baked Sweet Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 ears green corn
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs, separated
Method
- 1 Grate the corn kernels from the ears.
- 2 Mix the grated corn with milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and egg yolks.
- 3 Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the corn mixture.
- 4 Pour into a greased pan, dot with butter, and bake until golden brown.
