  • 12 ears green corn
  • 1 cup sweet milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs, separated

Method

  2. 2 Mix the grated corn with milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and egg yolks.
  3. 3 Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the corn mixture.
