Baked Stuffed Tomatoes With Bread And Meat

Method
- 1 Scoop out the tomato pulp and mix it with bread soaked in milk, minced parsley, grated onion, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Stir in chopped mushrooms and chopped cooked meat if desired.
- 3 Fill the hollowed tomato shells with the mixture and dot the tops with butter.
- 4 Bake until heated through and the tops are golden.
