Baked Stuffed Salmon With Oysters
Ingredients
- 1 small salmon, cleaned and boned
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated nutmeg
- Chopped oysters
- Minced parsley
- Seasoned breadcrumbs
Method
- 1 Clean, bone, and parboil the salmon. Rub the inside with salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
- 2 Stuff the salmon with a mixture of chopped oysters, minced parsley, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
- 3 Place the stuffed salmon in a buttered baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with its own drippings.
