Baked Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • hot milk
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • butter
  • egg

Method

  1. 1 Wash and scrub potatoes, then bake until tender.
  2. 2 Cut a piece off the top of each hot potato and scoop out the flesh, leaving the skin intact.
  3. 3 Mash the potato flesh with hot milk, salt, and pepper until light and fluffy.
  4. 4 Fill the skins with the mashed potato, mounding it slightly above the rim.
  5. 5 Place a pat of butter on top and bake until heated through and lightly browned.
