Baked Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes
- hot milk
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- butter
- egg
Method
- 1 Wash and scrub potatoes, then bake until tender.
- 2 Cut a piece off the top of each hot potato and scoop out the flesh, leaving the skin intact.
- 3 Mash the potato flesh with hot milk, salt, and pepper until light and fluffy.
- 4 Fill the skins with the mashed potato, mounding it slightly above the rim.
- 5 Place a pat of butter on top and bake until heated through and lightly browned.
