Baked Spinach Gratin With Brown Gravy
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 cup brown gravy
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 egg, well-beaten
- 5 tbsp fine bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Press spinach through a sieve into a bowl.
- 2 Stir in brown gravy, grated onion, salt, paprika, cheese, egg, and bread crumbs.
- 3 Pour mixture into custard cups.
- 4 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 18 minutes.
