Baked Spaghetti With Beef And Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boiled spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- 1 Chop the onion finely and fry it in butter until softened.
- 2 Add the ground beef to the pan and fry until browned, seasoning with black and white pepper.
- 3 In a baking dish, layer the cooked spaghetti and the meat mixture, sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese between layers.
- 4 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until the top is browned and the dish is heated through.
