  • 4 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Dash nutmeg, optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then drain.
  2. 2 Place cooked spaghetti in a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. 3 Combine eggs, nutmeg, pepper, salt, cheese, and peas. Spread over spaghetti so it covers the top and sinks between strands.
  4. 4 Bake for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
