Baked Semolina Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 pint milk
- 2 tablespoons semolina
- 1 tablespoon moist sugar
- 1 egg (optional)
Method
- 1 Simmer semolina, milk, and sugar in a saucepan, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- 2 Remove from heat and beat in the egg until well combined.
- 3 Pour the mixture into a pie dish and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 30 minutes.
