  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 tablespoon moist sugar
  • 1 egg (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Simmer semolina, milk, and sugar in a saucepan, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  2. 2 Remove from heat and beat in the egg until well combined.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into a pie dish and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 30 minutes.
