Baked Seasoned Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale (or chard, spinach, or collards)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Seasonings of choice

Method

  1. 1 Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Wash and dry kale. Remove leaves from thick stems and tear into bite-size pieces.
  3. 3 Place kale pieces on the cookie sheet.
  4. 4 Drizzle olive oil over kale and sprinkle with seasonings of choice.
  5. 5 Bake 10 to 15 minutes until crisp and edges are brown but not burned.
