  • 6 medium boiled potatoes, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped fine and fried brown
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 oz butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour

Method

  1. 1 Butter a pie dish.
  2. 2 Layer sliced potatoes, fried onions, butter, salt, pepper, and a little whole wheat flour in the dish.
  3. 3 Repeat layers until the dish is full.
  4. 4 Pour milk over the top.
  5. 5 Bake for 1 hour.
