Baked Scalloped Potatoes With Fried Onions
Ingredients
- 6 medium boiled potatoes, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped fine and fried brown
- 1 cup milk
- 1 oz butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
Method
- 1 Butter a pie dish.
- 2 Layer sliced potatoes, fried onions, butter, salt, pepper, and a little whole wheat flour in the dish.
- 3 Repeat layers until the dish is full.
- 4 Pour milk over the top.
- 5 Bake for 1 hour.
