Baked Sausages With Cabbage And Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage
  • Salt
  • Potatoes, cut into small pieces
  • Fat (such as butter or oil)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Sausages

Method

  1. 1 Cut the cabbage in half, slice, and wash. Place in boiling salted water and cook until partly done.
  2. 2 Add the cut potatoes to the cabbage and cook together for about an hour. Drain the mixture.
  3. 3 Heat fat in a saucepan, brown the sliced onion, then add the cabbage and potato mixture. Stew for 10 minutes.
  4. 4 Bake the sausages in the oven. Serve the sausages around the cabbage mixture.
