Baked Sausages With Cabbage And Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage
- Salt
- Potatoes, cut into small pieces
- Fat (such as butter or oil)
- 1 onion, sliced
- Sausages
Method
- 1 Cut the cabbage in half, slice, and wash. Place in boiling salted water and cook until partly done.
- 2 Add the cut potatoes to the cabbage and cook together for about an hour. Drain the mixture.
- 3 Heat fat in a saucepan, brown the sliced onion, then add the cabbage and potato mixture. Stew for 10 minutes.
- 4 Bake the sausages in the oven. Serve the sausages around the cabbage mixture.
