Baked Sausage Potato Rolls With Gherkin

Ingredients

• cooked sausage meat
• mashed potatoes
• milk
• gherkins

Method

1. 1 Roll cooked sausage meat in mashed potatoes to form one roll per person.
2. 2 Brush the potato rolls with milk.
3. 3 Bake until nicely browned.
4. 4 Decorate each roll with a gherkin.
