Baked Salmon Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salmon
- 1 cup grated breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion juice
Method
- 1 Mix salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, paprika, salt, parsley, and onion juice thoroughly.
- 2 Place mixture in a greased dish and bake for 30 minutes.
