Baked Salmon And Bread Crumb Casserole

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can flaked salmon
  • 2 eggs, well-beaten
  • Butter for dotting
  • Minced parsley for garnish

Method

  1. 1 Chop the onion and fry it in butter until softened.
  2. 2 Stir in bread crumbs and milk; bring to a boil.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper, then add flaked salmon and beaten eggs.
  4. 4 Pour into a buttered casserole, dot with butter, and bake at 350°F until browned.
