Baked Sago And Apple Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sago
  • 6 small apples
  • 1 quart milk
  • 3 oz moist sugar

Method

  1. 1 Soak sago in cold water for one hour.
  2. 2 Simmer sago in milk with sugar for 20 minutes.
  3. 3 Peel and core apples, then place them in a buttered pie dish.
  4. 4 Pour the sago mixture over the apples.
  5. 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about one hour.
