Baked Sago And Apple Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp sago
- 6 small apples
- 1 quart milk
- 3 oz moist sugar
Method
- 1 Soak sago in cold water for one hour.
- 2 Simmer sago in milk with sugar for 20 minutes.
- 3 Peel and core apples, then place them in a buttered pie dish.
- 4 Pour the sago mixture over the apples.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about one hour.
