  • 1 quart boiling milk
  • 1 pint rice flour
  • 6 spoonsful sugar
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 4 eggs

Method

  1. 1 Pour boiling milk over rice flour and stir well.
  2. 2 Add sugar, butter, and eggs, then beat all together.
  3. 3 Bake in deep plates with or without crust.
