Baked Rice Pudding With Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 quart boiling milk
- 1 pint rice flour
- 6 spoonsful sugar
- 1 spoonful butter
- 4 eggs
Method
- 1 Pour boiling milk over rice flour and stir well.
- 2 Add sugar, butter, and eggs, then beat all together.
- 3 Bake in deep plates with or without crust.
