Baked Rhubarb And Raisin Compote
Ingredients
- 1 quart chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup seeded raisins
- 2 cups sugar
Method
- 1 Wash, peel, and cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces. Measure 1 quart of pieces.
- 2 Place rhubarb in a baking dish with raisins and sugar. Do not add water.
- 3 Cover and cook until fruit is tender, about 40 minutes.
