  • 1 quart chopped rhubarb
  • 1 cup seeded raisins
  • 2 cups sugar

Method

  1. 1 Wash, peel, and cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces. Measure 1 quart of pieces.
  2. 2 Place rhubarb in a baking dish with raisins and sugar. Do not add water.
  3. 3 Cover and cook until fruit is tender, about 40 minutes.
