Baked Prunes With Lemon And Brown Sugar
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb prunes
- Lemon rind from one lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- Water, as needed
Method
- 1 Wash and soak the prunes.
- 2 Place prunes in a casserole dish. Add lemon rind, lemon juice, brown sugar, and just enough water to cover.
- 3 Bake for 30 minutes.
