Baked Potato Gratin With Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 boiled potatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
- Grated cheese
Method
- 1 Slice boiled potatoes and place a layer in a buttered baking dish.
- 2 Make a white sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, and adding milk. Season with cayenne and salt.
- 3 Layer potatoes and sauce in the dish until full, finishing with a layer of sauce.
- 4 Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
- 5 Bake for about 20 minutes.
