Baked Potato Cheese Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 pint finely mashed potatoes
- 1/2 oz butter
- 3 oz grated cheese
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease patty pans.
- 2 Mix mashed potatoes, butter, cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3 Fill the patty pans with the mixture.
- 4 Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- 5 Serve with vegetables and a savory sauce.
