Baked Potato Casserole With Herb Stock
Ingredients
- Potatoes, peeled
- 1 pint good stock or sauce
- Herbs and spices for seasoning
Method
- 1 Peel potatoes and arrange them to cover the bottom of a large, deep pie dish.
- 2 Pour highly seasoned stock or sauce, flavored with herbs and spices, over the potatoes.
- 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on potato size.
