Baked Potato And Wheatmeal Casserole
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 oz wheatmeal
- 1 oz vegetable butter
- 6 oz cold boiled potatoes
Method
- 1 Fry the cold boiled potatoes in the vegetable butter.
- 2 Make a batter by mixing the milk, wheatmeal, and egg.
- 3 Combine the batter with the fried potatoes and add seasoning.
- 4 Pour the mixture into a small pie dish.
- 5 Bake for 30 minutes.
