Baked Pork Chops With Sweet Potatoes And Orange
Ingredients

- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled
- 1 orange, sliced
- dash of cinnamon (optional)
- dash of salt (optional)
- dash of black pepper (optional)
- small amount of oil
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium skillet, brown pork chops in a small amount of oil.
- 2 Cut the peeled sweet potato into 1/2-inch slices.
- 3 Place the meat and sweet potato slices in a baking dish. Top with orange slices and sprinkle with seasonings if desired.
- 4 Cover and bake for 1 hour until meat is tender. Ensure pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
