Baked Pork And Potato Hot Pot
Ingredients
- Cold pork pieces
- Pork bones (optional, for stock)
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
- Sage
- Stock or gravy
Method
- 1 Place cold pork pieces in a deep pan. If using bones, simmer them to make gravy; otherwise, use stock.
- 2 Parboil potatoes and onions, then cut them into large pieces.
- 3 Mix the potatoes and onions with the pork. Season with pepper, salt, and a little sage, then add the gravy.
- 4 Top with a layer of potatoes and brown in the oven.
