  • 1 onion, sliced
  • butter
  • pork, cut into pieces, fat and skin removed
  • mutton, cut into pieces, fat and skin removed
  • water
  • vegetables (sliced carrots, turnips, green cabbage)
  • white haricot beans
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. 1 Slice an onion and fry it in butter until brown.
  2. 2 Add pieces of pork and mutton (freed from fat and skin) to the pan.
  3. 3 Cover with water and add sliced carrots, turnips, and green cabbage.
