Baked Popover Gems
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 scant cup milk
- 1 scant cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- 1 Beat the egg white to stiff peaks and fold into the batter last.
- 2 Preheat gem pans until very hot.
- 3 Pour batter into hot pans and bake until golden.
