  • 8 pears
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Method

  1. 1 Peel pears, cut in half, and remove stems and seeds.
  2. 2 Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
  3. 3 Sort, wash, and add cranberries, raisins, syrup, brown sugar, water, and nutmeg to the dish.
