Baked Peach Crisp
Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- lemon juice
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Slice peaches and spread them in the bottom of a baking pan.
- 3 Melt margarine in a saucepan.
- 4 In a small bowl, mix oats, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- 5 Stir the dry mixture until well blended, then sprinkle it over the peaches.
- 6 Bake for 20 minutes.
