Baked Parsley Omelet
Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Beat egg whites and yolks separately.
- 2 Mix yolks with milk, pepper, salt, chopped parsley, and flour dissolved in a little milk.
- 3 Fold in the beaten egg whites gently.
- 4 Pour into a frying pan and cook on the stovetop for 3 minutes.
- 5 Transfer to a 350°F oven and bake for 5 minutes until set.
