Baked Parsley Omelet

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1 Beat egg whites and yolks separately.
  2. 2 Mix yolks with milk, pepper, salt, chopped parsley, and flour dissolved in a little milk.
  3. 3 Fold in the beaten egg whites gently.
  4. 4 Pour into a frying pan and cook on the stovetop for 3 minutes.
  5. 5 Transfer to a 350°F oven and bake for 5 minutes until set.
